Simulated Testing
Our predominant means of simulated brake testing is our in-house state of the art brake dynamometers, which can accurately simulate 500 laps at any number of professional race tracks with speeds up to 200 mph, or a leisurely country drive at 30 mph. These “dyno” tests give us critical data regarding:  temperature performance noise friction vibration
Pad durability is measured with custom shear testing fixtures, with tests performed at ambient temperatures and temperatures over 1500 degrees Fahrenheit for extended periods.
