Disc Rotors

Patented Performance

The brake disc, or rotor, represents perhaps the most important advancement in brake design history.  Performance Friction rotor technology has carefully incorporated years of research and development with knowledge from our successes in motorsport to create an engineering marvel – our patented disc rotor. It will outperform and outlast the others. We use a combination of breakthrough computerized technologies to eliminate noise and enhance rotor life. Our metallurgy and mass displacement technology increase the rotor’s resistance to heat and water fade, while improving braking power (torque) and responsiveness (bite).

Our One-Piece Smooth Rotors are not directional vane and are widely specified for fleet, police and other emergency response vehicles.

Our Two-Piece Smooth Rotors are designed as a more cost-effective replacement for the one-piece hub and rotor assembly.
Part Number (kit): 331.094.77 (LH)   331.094.78 (RH)
Part Number (replacement disc): 331.38.0047.77 (LH) 331.38.0047.78 (RH)

The kit part number is made up of 331 (disc outside diameter) .094 (vehicle application) .77 (LH direct drive) or .78 (RH direct drive).  The replacement disc part numbering system is explained in the diagram below.

Our Two-Piece Dimpled Rotors are a high performance street rotor.  They feature our patented dimple pattern which is quieter than our slotted pattern while still allowing for gassing off and cleaning of the pad face.

Part Number (replacement disc): 323.32.0050.87 (LH) 323.32.0050.88 (RH)

The kit part number is made up of 323 (disc outside diameter) .045 (vehicle application) .87 (LH direct drive) or .88 (RH direct drive).  The replacement disc part numbering system is explained in the diagram below.

Our Two-Piece Slotted Rotors are a performance race disc rotor.  The patented slot pattern gives more bite, improved release, more efficient pad cleaning and improved thermal stability.
