New Zealand V8 Touring Cars is New Zealand's premier touring car category. The BNT V8s Championship spans the length and New Zealand from Auckland to Invercargill. They visit the North Island circuits - Pukekohe Park Raceway south of Auckland, Manfeild Circuit near Palmerston North and Taupo Motorsport park, as well as the South Island circuits - Powerbuilt Tools Raceway at Ruapuna Park in Christchurch, Teretonga Park in Invercargill and Timaru International Motor Raceway. There is also the exciting non-championship street race in Hamilton and the endurance championship to be held at the brand new Hampton Downs circuit. For season 2009/10, NZV8s ran an interim Performance Friction disc and pad combination in the lead up to a full control package going on the cars for season 2010/11.

Formula 3 Australia
The newly branded Formula 3 Australian Drivers Championship is the country's premier open-wheel category and attracts a diverse group of drivers from around the world. The 2009 Champion was Joey Foster and National Class winner/Rookie of the year was Tom Tweedie. In 2010 it has been renewed, reinvigorated and rebranded.
