- Each and every brake pad is put through a minimum of 28 inspection processes, from raw materials to point of shipment
- Laser Measurement – Laser diffraction technology measures raw material particle size for the highest shear strength and superior bond – NO CRACK OR DELAMINATING
- Vision System – Real time statistical analysis through each step of manufacturing, strict automated process controls and radio frequency bar coding ensures traceability, consistency and quality – ZERO DEFECTS
- FEA analysis ensures superior design durability (backing plates, discs and hardware)
- Dynamometer and On-Vehicle Testing ensures that products meet or exceed the tight quality measures
